EUCAM^®-Paper/Cardboard is a fire-protection impregnation for application to cardboard and paper materials according to DIN 4102-B1 as well as for straw in dry interior areas. EUCAM^®-Paper/Cardboard is environmentally compatible (odorless and free of halogens, heavy metals, and solvents) and easy to apply by dipping or spraying.

The impregnation contains a highly effective combination of natural nitrogen and phosphorus compounds. During a fire, noncombustible gases develop, and the treated material chars and self-extinguishes the fire.

Coating comparison

To verify the fire behavior according to DIN 4102-B1, a suitably equipped sample is flamed for 10 min. During this time, the fire spread, smoke gas temperature and density, and other variables are measured.
