EUCAM^®-Textile is a natural water-based fire-protection impregnation according to DIN 4102-B1 for application to indoor cellulose fiber (cotton) fabrics, e.g., decorative fabrics, curtains, and textile wall and ceiling coverings in event and assembly halls. EUCAM^®-Textile is environmentally compatible, odorless, and free of halogens, heavy metals, and solvents.

EUCAM^®-Textile can be easily applied by dipping or spraying. The impregnation contains a highly effective combination of natural or nature-identical nitrogen and phosphorus compounds. During a fire, noncombustible gases evolve, and the fabric chairs and self-extinguishes the fire.

To verify the fire behavior according to DIN 4102, a suitably equipped sample is subjected to a flame for 10 min. During this time, the fire spread, smoke gas temperature and density, and other variables are measured.
